      MathLeague High School Math Contest - January (12004)

      MathLeague math contest for 8th through 12th grade students. Monthly contests lead to prestigious state and national MathLeague championships.

      MathLeague High School math contests cover math typically taught through 12th grade. The contest involves a Power Question, which is a multi-part, proof-oriented question, a Team Test, which is a 10-question, twenty-minute test, a Sprint Round involving 30 questions over one hour, a Target Round with eight questions, addressed two-at-a-time in 10 minute tests, and Relays which involve squads of up to three students. The monthly high school contests lead to a state high school championship, then a national high school championship.

      Registration includes the contest, practice resource materials, and invite to attend our free live online practice sessions each week.

      Art of Doing Math is the official host of MathLeague’s local contests in the greater Reno, Sparks, and Lake Tahoe area of northern Nevada. We offer free math practice and materials to participants. We are non-profit, volunteer-run.
